We work directly with Ugandan farmers under fair conditions, ensuring that the value generated at the source translates into real improvements for the producing communities. We export to European roasters and buyers under FCA or FOB Kampala/Mombasa terms, with full traceability from the field to delivery to the carrier.

The chain that guarantees quality
At Disgraver, we manage every stage of the process at origin to ensure that the green coffee leaves Uganda in perfect condition. We operate under FCA (Free Carrier) or FOB (Free On Board) delivery terms, meaning our responsibility extends from field selection to delivery of the coffee to the carrier designated by the buyer, whether at our warehouse in Kampala or on board the vessel in the port of Mombasa.
Our local team directly oversees purchases from producers and cooperatives. After harvesting, the grains undergo drying, sorting, and selection to ensure uniformity and a low defect rate. Before each shipment, we perform quality control checks and prepare all the necessary documentation: EUR.1 certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, packing list, and commercial invoice.
From the agreed delivery point, the buyer assumes logistical control. This structure allows each client to work with their own freight forwarder, optimize transport according to their usual routes, and manage cargo insurance according to their terms. Disgraver guarantees that the coffee is ready, documented, and delivered on time and in perfect condition.
