THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE GRAIN.

Ugandan farmers,
the heart of Disgraver.

We work hand in hand with families and cooperatives in Uganda who have cultivated coffee for generations. Their dedication, their knowledge of the land, and their commitment to quality are the foundation of everything we do.

At Disgraver, we believe that quality coffee stems from fair relationships. We export green coffee from Uganda directly to European roasters and buyers, under FCA or FOB terms agreed upon with each client. We are not intermediaries: we operate at the source, selecting the beans and managing the export from Uganda. The buyer receives the coffee at the agreed delivery point, with all the necessary documentation regarding origin, quality, and traceability.

FROM THE FIELD TO YOUR CUP

Hands that care for every grain

At Disgraver, we work directly with farmers in Uganda's prime coffee-growing regions. Our coffee originates in fertile lands where climate, altitude, and generations of coffee-growing knowledge combine to produce exceptional beans.

We buy coffee beans in different areas of the country: in the western mountains, where volcanic soils and altitude favor the development of intense coffees; in the eastern regions, where rainfall and a temperate climate allow for balanced and aromatic harvests; in the north, where small producers cultivate coffee as an essential part of their livelihood; and in the areas near Lake Victoria, where the lake's humidity and rich soils create ideal growing conditions.

In each of these regions, we work with local cooperatives and independent producers who carefully manage every stage of cultivation: from planting to hand-picking the ripe cherries. This artisanal approach ensures that only the finest cherries continue through the process of drying, sorting, and export.

Our commitment is to build direct and fair relationships with farmers, supporting local economies and promoting responsible coffee farming practices.

Thus, each bag we export contains not only high-quality beans: it contains the effort, knowledge, and dedication of the people who cultivated them. When the coffee arrives at your facilities, what you receive is much more than a commodity. It's real origin, with a name and a place.
