At DISGRAVER, SL, the coffee selection process begins at the source. We work directly with producers and cooperatives in Uganda, actively participating in the green bean purchasing process to guarantee quality, consistency, and traceability from the very beginning.
We select each batch based on clear criteria: variety, grain size, moisture, cleanliness, and consistency. This selection is made in collaboration with the producers, fostering stable and fair relationships that ensure continuity of supply and a consistent quality standard.
Buying directly from the source allows us to understand the coffee in depth, pay prices that reflect the producer's reality, and control the process before the beans leave the country. This way, we guarantee roasters a well-selected, honest coffee with clear information about its origin.

At DISGRAVER, SL, we directly control the import and transport process of our green coffee from origin to destination. We coordinate every logistical stage to guarantee that the beans arrive in perfect condition, maintaining traceability, security, and punctuality in every shipment.
We work with our own teams and specialized partners who oversee the loading, transport, and receiving of the coffee, ensuring a constant and reliable flow. Our clearly identified trucks and personnel reflect our commitment to professionalism, order, and transparency throughout the entire logistics chain.
